　　Dear Mr. Zhang,

　　I am informed that you are looking for assistants for activity courses.

　　Considering my own interest and specialty,I would like to apply for the position of assistant for speech course.

　　When it comes to experience and ability,I used to be a member of our school debate team,which was awarded many prized in various competitions.

　　Therefore,speaking fluently in public is not a challenge for me.Besides,I have a strong awareness of teamwork.If chosen,I would try my best to provide support for the teacher and students in the speech course.

　　In conclusion,I firmly believe  I'm the best choice for this place.
